In coin cell pilot line, lithium ion button battery is mainly composed of the following parts: positive case, negative case, (positive/negative) electrode sheet, separator, spacer, spring and electrolyte.

The battery case of the commonly used button type battery is CR2032, CR2025, CR2016, etc., C represents the coin cell system, and R represents the battery shape is circular. The first two digits refer to the diameter (unit: mm) and the last two digits refer to the thickness (unit: 0.1mm), whichever is closer. For example, the approximate size of CR2032 is 20mm in diameter and 3.2mm in thickness.
